When I was young, my adorable aunt taught me the basics and secrets of cooking. When I was a child my family always enjoyed everything involved with food, cooking, drinking, and eating; weekends always looked like party days; I was born and grew up in Perú; tasting delicious dishes with the variety of ingredients that my country has. I couldn’t forget my delicious Peruvian food when I moved to another country and I started cooking as if I had never left, since then I have been cooking different types of dishes from different countries.
When I moved to the USA I had the opportunity to study Culinary Arts at Guilford Technical Community College and also be a part of the American Culinary Federation; when I finished I decided to share my knowledge with you. I feel so happy to have the opportunity to do it with adults and kids.
